Rigidity • Accuracy

An ultra precision cross roller bearing is located just behind the faceplate allowing for exceptional rigdity, indexing accuracy, and repeatability. These features are also supported by a hydraulic clamping system, which is pneumatically actuated.

Vibration Dampening • Backlash

The RTSU 200 worm wheel is made from a special vibration dampening bronze alloy. Backlash adjustments are completed in fifteen minutes.

A few months before the official release, we had a preview of the SU-matic NC rotary table at the IMTS 2018 show (Chicago, IL). After an extensive design and test phase, we were able to successfully present live our new product to the large audience.
